Declan Ford is a pretentious seventy-year-old stuck in a sixteen-year-old boy’s body with long hair and an operatic voice.

Declan’s style is slightly more formal than is appropriate. He is a musical prodigy and will tell you about the time he sung a duet with the symphony within five minutes of meeting you. Declan has been homeschooled since third grade and has always been too busy with music to make friends except in the choir. Son of a famous opera singer, Declan has always had his path laid out and never questioned it. He has been known to roll his eyes and publicly call people out who cannot stay on key or tempo as he wants the choir to be champions at Nationals and has perfect pitch. He has been the star soloist ever since he joined the Choir and is one of the oldest members. Grace bickers with him and makes funny TikToks. They could not be more opposite, except they are both ambitious and determined to win.
